What is the return policy?
We offer a 30-Day Guarantee to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.
If your product is damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item and include clear photos or video of the issue.
All items are made to order, so we do not accept physical returns. Claims submitted after 30 days may not be eligible.
If your tracking shows no movement for 30 days, please contact us — we’ll investigate with our fulfillment partners (Printify or Zendrop) and issue a replacement or refund if confirmed lost.
Delivered but not received? Please check with neighbors or your local carrier. If still not found, we may require carrier documentation (non-delivery affidavit) before processing a replacement or refund.
Are any purchases final sale?
All products are custom printed to order, so sales are generally final. However, if there’s a manufacturing or shipping issue, we’ll make it right.
We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for wrong size, color, or buyer’s remorse.
When will I get my order?
Our processing time (printing and preparation) takes 1–10 business days, but the average production time is 1–3 business days depending on product type, demand, and fulfillment location.
Once produced, delivery typically takes:
- Standard Shipping (Free): 2–5 business days within the continental U.S.
- Extended Fulfillment: 7–15 business days for select products shipped from international partners.
- Alaska & Hawaii: Please allow an additional 7–12 business days.
Total delivery time: Usually 4–12 business days (up to 25 during high-volume periods).
All orders include tracking, and updates may take up to 5 business days to appear after shipment.
