🛍 Orders
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled before production begins. Once your item enters the printing process, it can no longer be changed or refunded. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
I entered the wrong address. What can I do?
Please email us immediately at support@boardingvibes.com with the correct address and your order number. If your order has not entered production, we’ll update it before shipping. After shipment, we can’t change the address or recall the parcel; undeliverable packages due to address errors aren’t eligible for refunds.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your package ships. You can follow every step of your delivery using the provided link. Tracking updates can take up to 5 business days to appear, especially for extended-fulfillment items.

How long does shipping take?
Production (printing & preparation): typically 2–10 business days, depending on product type, demand, and fulfillment location. Once shipped, delivery usually takes:
- Standard Shipping (Free): in average 2–5 business days within the continental U.S. (after production is complete)
- Extended-fulfillment items: in average 7–15 business days (after production is complete)
- Alaska & Hawaii: please allow an additional 7–12 business days for delivery.
Most clothing orders: arrive in average 3–7 business days across the U.S. (production + transit). Timing may vary during peak seasons.
Typical total delivery time (continental U.S.): in average 4–12 business days from your order date; up to 9–25 business days for extended-fulfillment items.
All orders include tracking, and delivery times may vary during peak seasons or carrier delays.
What if it’s taking longer than expected?
While many orders finish production within 2–10 business days, certain products or high-volume periods may take longer. In rare cases, production can take up to 10–15 business days, and total delivery time can extend to about 25 business days. If your order hasn’t shipped after 7 business days, please contact us and we’ll check on it right away.
Will my items ship together?
Occasionally, items may ship separately if they are produced in different facilities. You’ll receive tracking for each shipment.
↩️ Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns?
Because all items are made to order, we do not accept physical returns. However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
What is the claim window?
Please report issues within 30 days of delivery and include clear photos or video of the problem (item front/back, packaging if damaged). Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible.
My order never arrived—what happens?
If your tracking shows no movement for 30 days, email us and we’ll investigate with our fulfillment partners. If the package is confirmed lost, we’ll issue a replacement or refund.
Tracking says “Delivered” but I didn’t receive it.
Please check with household members and neighbors and contact the carrier. If still not found, email us. For security, carrier documentation (e.g., a non-delivery affidavit) may be required before we can approve a replacement or refund.
Can I get a refund if my order hasn’t shipped yet?
Yes — if your order has not entered production, we can cancel it and refund you in full. Please contact us immediately with your order number.
What about size or color mistakes?
We don’t offer refunds or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size/color. Please review product details and sizing charts carefully before ordering.
