Processing Time

All items are made to order and carefully produced before shipping. The average production time is 2–10 business days, depending on the product type, demand, and fulfillment location.

Shipping Area

We currently ship only within the United States (48 contiguous states, Alaska, and Hawaii). We do not ship to Puerto Rico or other U.S. territories.

Heads-up: During peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas), production and shipping may take an extra 3–5 business days.

Shipping Method & Delivery Time

We offer one delivery speed within the United States. Delivery time depends on where the item ships from:

  • Standard Shipping (Free): Delivered in 2–5 business days after production for items shipping domestically.
  • Extended Fulfillment (Free): Delivered in 7–15 business days after production for items shipping from international facilities.

Important for Alaska & Hawaii: Add 7–12 extra business days beyond the standard delivery window.

Extended Production & Shipping

Most orders are produced within 2–10 business days. In rare cases—such as high demand, stock shortages, or seasonal surges—production can take up to 10–15 business days. Delivery can take up to 15–20 business days for items shipped from extended-fulfillment locations. If your order is affected by such a delay, we’ll notify you by email.

Our goal is to deliver your order as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 25 business days total in the rare event of extended processing or carrier delays.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is damaged or delayed, contact us at support@boardingvibes.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll arrange a replacement or refund when eligible.

Taxes & Fees

All taxes are calculated at checkout. No import fees are charged for U.S. deliveries.

Notes

  • Shipments may originate from within or outside the United States depending on availability.
  • Some products may ship separately if fulfilled from different production centers.
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO, or U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico).
  • Timelines may extend during severe weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
